Participants are required to follow the city, county, and state COVID-19 mandates in place during Two Crows Market. In the event the mandates are not followed, Vendors will be removed from the premises, with no refund of fees. In the event that COVID-19 requires that the TCM be canceled, fees will be refunded within 30 days. In the event that COVID-19 requires that the TCM be closed during the event, fees will be refunded on a prorated basis within 30 days.
